Serra Arıkök

Founder of Key Hospitality Consulting

Starting her career at Sheraton Hotel Istanbul in 1991, Serra Arıkök worked at managerial positions in Sales & Marketing Department of international hotels like Mövenpick, Princess Hotels, Conrad, Ciragan Palace Kempinski and The Marmara Hotels.

 

Serra Arikok continued her career as GM of the first HIP and Design Hotel of Istanbul, The Sofa Hotels & Resorts.

She is chosen one of the 10 Best Business Women in Turkey by German Fur Sie Magazine at 2009. 

 

Currently, she is conducting her own management and consulting company, Key Hospitality Consulting, with several projects in Turkey in acquisition, design and architectural consultancy, management, management and marketing consultancy, feasibilities, selection and relationship with management groups, contracts, controlling on behalf of owning company after opening. The company is also specialized in organizing international luxury design events. 

 

Serra Arıkök is graduated from reputable French College Saint Benoit followed by Hotel Management Faculty of Bilkent University. She speaks English, French and Italian, member of Skal International, British & French Chamber of Commerce.
